      It is a graduate-level book that is very complete. It is fairly old and some of its approaches are a bit out of date. Nevertheless, it is a great book that is available at a very affordable price. Magnetism is a class of physical phenomena that are mediated by magnetic fields. Electric currents and the magnetic moments of elementary particles give rise to a magnetic field, which acts on other currents and magnetic moments.
